One toolkit. Room for different lives.
12 routine profiles
Choose by your constraints: office and commuting, remote work, long daytime shifts, nights, rotating schedules, retail, physical work, driving, study, caregiving, self-employment or travel. Combine profiles when roles overlap.
40 pages of guidance and worksheets
Follow three worked day plans, build a time budget, then plan your week, meals, daily anchors and shared responsibilities. Print the pages you need or type into 52 fields in the fillable edition.
7 editable spreadsheet tabs
Plan the week, shopping, a chosen habit, time, meals and responsibilities. Use the profile library to find the matching PDF pages. Shopping quantities and time remainders calculate automatically.
What this looks like on a busy Tuesday
Your office day ends late because of travel. Plan a familiar packed lunch, your simplest dinner and a clear sleep window. If the commute runs over, move the optional errand. The goal is a workable decision before the day becomes crowded.

Is this a diet or workout program?
No. It helps you organize the meals, activities, rest and responsibilities that suit your circumstances. It does not prescribe calories, exercise routines or treatment, and it does not promise weight loss.
Are the two paid PDFs different books?
They contain the same 40 pages. One is for printing; the other adds fillable fields. The bundle does not contain 80 unique pages.
What do I need to use the files?
A PDF reader that supports forms for digital entries, and Excel or a compatible application for the XLSX file. Keep a blank master and save a weekly copy. Mobile and browser support varies.
Can I print on A4?
Yes. The PDFs use US Letter pages; choose Fit to page for A4. Use Actual Size at 100% for Letter.
Can I share or resell the paid files?
The license covers your personal and household use. You may save, print and adapt your copies, but may not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the paid files.
